Edit: Forgot to mention that you always need to have Vsync turned on or fps cap to 60-80 fps depending how much you get, if you get 80 fps in any game 60 fps cap is good, and if you get over 150 fps, 800 fps cap is good. Dynamic bones are single core, which is currently why when there are a lot of dynamic bones on an avatar the game lags because it has to wait on the core that dynamic bones is running on to update before VRChat itself will update.
